Free Advertising

I decided since I'm going to PAX east (with a fancy media badge) I thought it would be a good opportunity to do some advertising. That is why I'm handing out FREE stickers and posters... now the trick is to find people who are interested.

This is the design for the sticker. The poster will be a little surprise as time goes on.

  1. That's pretty cool. Hmmm... sneak in to PAX? No.. that probably won't go over so well. Bummer.

    Have fun/good luck!

  2. Elisa,

great to meet you at PAX. I was one of the guys working the Utilikilts booth. We all got a copy of your SQUIR poster, but being so busy and thinking of closing for the evening forgot to get you to sign that poster. I was the guy looking to get custom art work done on my kilt, if that helps you any. You probably met as many people as we did while running through the show, and I know I can't hardly remember everyone that came through our booth.

So, first question: do you sign posters?
Second question: If you do sign posters, how do I get one signed and into my hands so that I can frame it and hang that in my game room?

  3. Ken,

Yes I do remember you. How could I forget a booth such as that/the people who worked in it.

To answer your questions, yes, I do sign posters (gladly in fact). As for your second question, I would sign one and send it your way but I'm still figuring out if I'm actually aloud to do so. There are a few legal things I need to check out first.

If anything changes I'll let you know.

  4. Elisa,

Thanks much for the info. Once you have figured out the logistics and legality of my request, then you can reach me at

I will check back here periodically, just in case you have a problem with my email.

Thanks for your enthusiasm! I really do like that poster.

ps. wondering if you are attending the New England Comic Con?

  5. Sound's good.

No. Sadly, I won't be going to New England Comic con. I'll be in school in Vancouver by then. I might go to San Diago Comic con IF I'M REALLY LUCKY. I'm also trying to fit in PAX Prime, which is actually a good possibility.
